We have had such a great summer, and I have been lucky enough to spend lots of time out and about in the sun.

My mood seems to have sunk recently. I'm Excercising more so no that's not the issue. But I do think the lack of sun is having an affect. The last few days have been dark and gloomy, which have led to me feeling like I cannot be bothered. I'm also questioning the impact I have at work.

Anyone else feeling like this?

Brighton - even Hove!

I thought I had it once but just hated my job, the location and the boring gits I worked with. As soon as I left, I cheered up. Get a sunlamp.

Think I have too at the moment, the colder, grayer weather of this week has only compounded post holiday blues.

I hate this time of year, I find winter easier to cope with than Autumn and knowing that all we have to look forward to for is shorter days and colder weather.

Feeling a bit blue today too. Not sure if its the weather or if I just need a good night out!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I have it and this week has been a slump. Try and get outside for 20 minutes between 11 and 2 to get natural light to your retina. Hopefully it will start to help.
