I'm trying to get the pears down from a neighbour's tree so that I can make pear tarts and crumbles.

I like an apple pie, with just small dollop of cream.

I could not reach the pears over the wall have yet to find plum trees down here

cream is good but am a sucker for apple pie and ice cream

going to cut my plums in half, score out the middle, drizzle with olive oil, add some fresh basil, pepper and oregano..

then roast them for 30 to 45 mins..

delicious..

roasted plum tomato's..
