Did my last night shift last night, got in bed at half eight this morning and intended only to sleep for four hours. I overslept and now am not a bit tired, which means I'll go to bed late and have to be up early for school run

Red 0 - 1 Nights

I know that feeling well, I did nightshifts for years, hence I am and fear I always will be a night owl.

ahhh nights means I don't have to get up for the midnight feeds although I probably pay for it by not being able to sleep due to screaming kids during the day!!

In Your Bush

I know how you feel. I stayed up to summit like 2.45am once, and had to be up by 9.00am. That gave me big bags too.
