been having spot of bother with bank as i had a joint bank account had my ex removed from it last year .rang bank in may for a new cheque book in my name only they sent one with his on so i rang on saturday for another but they refused to do it as i didnt know my passcode for telephone banking i have changed it with them but they not got it as that so was annoyed with bank so guy gave me £1 for my phone call and £5 compensation for the inconveniance result eh

so, you have £6 and still no cheque book?

i had the same problem with my bank, joint account with the ex.

took them nearly 2 years to get her name off the accounts.

no i have to wait for another pass code to come thru the post then ring up again thats why i was fuming about all the messing around ,the ex filled in a form to have him removed from it they lost it ,he said to me get me off it or i will take money from it ,account was just mine so in the end a girl from bank rang him on my mobile and he was removed x
