You didn't get any tingling last night or this morning? Get some Aciclovir on it and build up your immune system.

Herpes is horrible whether it comes as Chicken Pox, coldsores on your mouth or genital herpes.

On your knees? I wouldn't do that! I'd prefer the cold sore on the lips.

Yeah it's on the lips on my face, I use a coldsore lotion, swear by it in fact. It's just appeared almost out of nowhere. Just puts a downer on sexy times

Just a tip.. get some mens aftershave an apply that along with the cream.. the aftershave dries it out quicker and the cream deals with the virus.. x

I know what you mean. I was on a low end of July. Felt one coming and next thing all of my bottom lip was alive with the little so-and-sos!

I used to get reoccurring just under my nose and the doc gave me cream and tabs. They seem to have gone now.

I wish you full health asap. And hope oral's not off the menu for you for too long

That's what I use, best thing in my opinion. Poor grizzly will feel like he's being punished, he's very spoilt in the oral department

I don't understand the external solutions leading to "I don't get them any more". Herpes travels along the nerves. The external treatments help clear up the external symptoms but once you have had a cold sore you always have the possibility of getting it again.

Keep your immune system strong.

Try the cold sore creams and start taking aditional l lyseine to build up your imune. Taken regular can prevent futute outbreaks. As its all the herpes virus. Herpes zoster. Not like chicken pox, shingles or genital herpes..
