Suffering today after a great weekend seeing family and friends all with my lovely OH.

How do you cope with the Monday blues?? Wanking us not an option as my dad is doing work in my flat

Too busy at work to mope after a fab weekend... On break at min

Changing bed linen always lifts my mood, nothing nicer than a clean fresh bed..or bake a crumble....

Booked the day off as I knew I'd be knackered and we were staying out last night lol

Chnaged the bed in Friday and it's not been slept in all weekend (that I know of

)

Need sleep but dads lifting tiles so No chance.

I actually woke up in a bad mood today and am still sat here chuntering away at myself.

I get mad at myself for stupid reasons ...weird or what

I had great plans set up for when i was passed fit but now im thinking...."why f..ing bother"

Im hoping the feelings soon pass ?
