pmsl.....i have tried and got up and took some natural sleeping pills and here i am....

Peaches hun it could well be the amount of pain killers your taking thats screwing up your sleep patterns.

Up until last year I could sleep for Scotland but ever since the doc prescribed loads (over 20 per day) I cant sleep for any length of time now, Im lucky if I can get 4 hours uninterupted.

Now I just doze when I can, often sleeping on the sofa.

But at work i get told off when i doze on the sofa..

Know what ya mean. take 184 tabs aweek

And yes its gonna make differences to everything.

But back at the ozzy tomorrow and hopefully reducing them

Nothing worse than dozing off in a meeting and hearing a cough realising you dozed off.

I used to do that loads I even got my doc to write me a letter explaining it was the pain killers for my boss, worse tho was knowing nothing I could do would help

Now Steven has the kids warned the second they walk in the front door "mums sleeping no fighting over the jam", strange thing is I seem to know exactly when he walks out the door to collect them and I wake up, no matter how long I have been asleep
