 . I've just booked a photography course though and fancy getting an all singing camera. I've been looking at the Panasonic GX7. Any thoughts from the camera buffs out there. I'm just going on my experiences and I've a Panasonic now which is superb but only a super compact!!

You could get a lot of DSLR for that money, particularly second hand and they'll outperform the Panasonic on almost every level, other than the fancy bells and whistles. I also hate the look of Panasonic images, they always look a little processed and unreal. Get a Canon or Nikon DSLR instead and you won't look back...obviously if you're serious, you'll get a Canon | |||
