Why put off until tomorrow what you can put off for a couple of weeks at least!

Do you find you just avoid doing some things… even though they might only take a couple of minutes (if you managed to find the motivation).

Do you put off doing simple quick things or just the big things?

I bought a new ironing board june/july time last year.... it still has the plastic cover on it

If it needs ironing after washing... the chances are it's never getting worn again.

I have this mental routine, that from putting up the ironing board 2 actually doing the ironing takes a week. The board and clothes get moved all around the house until its done.

I do the ironing when the washer has finished so i just do small amounts, i couldn't stand doing it all day, even though i do like ironing.

It's the 80/20 rule for me. Takes me 20% of my time to do 80% of what needs doing. The rest just gets left for another day.

I'd feel much better if I just got it all done when it needs doing I'm sure.

I'm always telling my colleague to 'just do it' but then don't listen to that advice myself Small things then build up into bigger and bigger mountains and when I actually rouse the 80% effort required to complete the remaining 20% I wonder what all the fuss was about haha.

The more time I have to tackle a task before the deadline, the more I tend to procrastinate. I like to rush around at the last minute to be honest.

People meantioned this strange thing - iron - what is this???

I have a strange looking thing at the back of a kitchen cupboard which needs water added and pluged in is that the iron thing you mention??

I dont even own an iron cos I hate doing it sooooo much the one behind the pots is my mates I borrowed it over a year ago and dont think I have ever used it

The kids school uniform is all non iron and tbh if I have to I will but only if I really really have to.

Socks are my second pet hate, when you have 2 kids who are similar in size and like the same colour and design, and hubbys socks are all black - its a royal pain I throw them in "the sock basket" after washing then wait til the basket is full and sit in front of the TV lusting after I mean watching Bones and pair them all up. Who cares if cos Im paying more attention to the TV than the socks and the kids end up with mismatched pairs of socks
