Haha none of the above, fell off push bike off roading, think I've broke my wrist, definitely done some ribs in as well, breathing a never been so painful

Busted ribs suck mate, I've done mine a few times and its one of those things that, no matter how you hold yourself, there's little in the way of relief.

Got a sprained left wrist (I'm right handed before the jokes start) and I've got bruised ribs. The bikes fine just need a new front wheel and I'm supposed to be on a date tonight but I've had to cancel on the account that I can barely move

And yes, the stabilisers are going back on

My friend did that on her honeymoon ribs shoulder displaced etc off roading.. went down a hill and over handle bars.. no light weight either .. was 6 weeks before she could sleep breath or any other activity .

On that note poor you hope you get seen soon enjoy the gas and air whilst you can and if they havent given it too you yet ask.. its bloody good stuff
