...on here as I am doing Tough Mudder and have to face being electrocuted, running through fire, jumping into iced water, crawling through miles of mud and with the added bonus of also running 12 miles.....all in the name of fun.

Thanks all...well I survived to tell the tale. The Yorkshire course is really hilly so was up and down the Dales...fantastic views though.

Nothing prepares you for jumping into a skip full of ice! That shocks your body to the core. And also getting electrocuted is pretty scary too....I got hit a few times but there was a guy behind me who got tangled in the wires and he looked like he was having a cardiac arrest.

Tomorrow the pain will hit me....the adrenaline is still going strong at the moment....oh and the cheeseburger I had at the end was the best burger ever!

Wow respect for doing 3. Some of the obstacles I would be happy never to do again or at least until next year anyway!

Lol , I did get a nasty shock on the E/S Therapy - on the nose... Causing me to smash my face on the ground and be knocked out for a minute or two.. Luckily I have good friends who dragged my lifeless body over the line

You'll be fine
