Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

After a week filled with disappointment, frustration, and ill health, I'm looking forward to my daughter coming to visit me. All weekend!!

Anyone else got fun things planned this weekend?

It's my parents' 50th anniversary. Dad has shingles, Mum has dementia. The party has been cancelled for a smaller lunch and now the lunch numbers are growing. That'll be fun then.

Downhill mountain biking but not uphill or just mountain biking. It made sense to me.

Sorry, it is a little confusing, I'll rephrase it

Saturday day I will be taking my mountain bike out of the shed and checking the tires to make sure they have the correct air pressure, if they don't I'll use a pump until they are correct. I will then sit on the back and put my left hand on to the left side of the handle bar and my right hand onto right hand side of the handle bar, I will then put my right leg on to the right peddle and push the bike forward with my left leg which will still be on the floor, once I have gained enough momentum I will then be able to put my left leg onto the left peddle and move my feet in a circular motion (clockwise) to keep the back moving. I will then use the back as main mode of transportation down to the quarry and country sides which are located about 5 miles from my house. I will of course be using the bike to ride down hills of varying height and degrees, but of course, as I will be spending half off the day travelling down hill I will obviously need to spend some time travelling back uphill, this can be a mix of riding the bike uphill in a similar fashion to how I got the bike here (feet in circular motion) but If I'm tired or the hill is too steep, I will have to push the bike up, when I've finished I will ride the bike home and put it back into the shed, I may wash it first but we'll see how dry it is tomorrow

Hope that clears it up cocker
