ever stick drawing pins in their shoes and pretend they were tap shoes when they were kids? Or was it just me?

I stepped on a drawing pin at work today and it made me smile.

What silly things did you do as a kid that made you happy and wish you could still do as a grown up?

We used to attach a playing card to the frame of our bikes with a clothes peg ,poking through the spokes, so that when we rode off the sound of the card flapping in the spokes made it sound like a motorcycle .....................we thought hehehehe.

Get the tops off bottles where it had a metal frame bit on the bottom. Can't remember what they where off. We would put them on the back of our shoes and pretend they were spurs

"Kicking through autumn leaves. I still do it. "

This reminded me of the lyrics to Forever autumn.

"Through autumns golden gown we used to kick our way."
