Have had a rough couple of days with the lead up to the kids going back to school and my son's anxieties relating to the changes about to happen for him. He has Aspergers and he does not handle change very well and I have been trying to help him by discussing all the new things he will be doing this year, his new teacher and classroom etc but have seen the all too familiar signs building up all week for when he is stressing out. He has just been up for the 3rd time tonight and I am shattered but wide awake..lol.
