Canada have finally broken their jinx of being the only host nation not to have won a gold medal during their own games.....it's taken three attempts...but well done to Alexandre Bilodeau who won the Men's Mogul....and well done to all the other athletes winning medals too

Yes, but after the recent death of the Swiss competitor, the Irish have thrown a spanner into the whole works as their Bobsliegh team has refused to compete until the course has been gritted.

(repeat joke I know lol)
