I do love her dearly, but who decides to get on a push bike after not having been on one for 50 years and just ride off. Outcome one fractured wrist

I ll give her the guts for doing that but when you old which I think 50 not old at all as this is more or less my age now, I did the same and I still ride ok but sometimes your mind tell your still the young person you once were untill you look in the mirror shocking thou

We don't know the OP's mother's age as she only said it's 50 years since she's ridden one but fair play to her to try again after all that time.

she's going to my sisters for a week on Thursday. Don't think its a bad one , she's been driving and its not in plaster, its like a strap support thing she's got it in
