I don't like arrogant people who think they are far too important or better than anybody else on here and that their opinion is the only one that counts .intelligence is being able to take on board new information and being able to develop your opinion further .to not have the ability to be able to do that is sheer bloody mindedness and concrete thinking which makes for dull sex as far as i can see .if you don't want to develop your opinions you ain't going to want to develop your sexual techniques .thats my experience in the past .poppyxx

Narcicists wind me up. i guess that would also cover arrogance. There is nothing worse than a meet where the person is arrogant (and usually crap in bed) . Biggest turn off ever.

People that aggressively pry into your life so they can gossip and disapprove with the world about what you do or what kind of person you are. Though I guess I'm skimming the line being here and talking about it.

Bitter people that can't live without drama so they try to drag others down to their level and choose who they conflict with just so they can be happy in the knowledge that they chose their enemies because it makes them feel like they're in control of something in their lives.

Power trippers.

Narrow minded people that seem to have had nothing but success and the generosity of others, and seemingly havent learned anything from losing out, and so they think everyone is jealous of them and trying to take what they have, so they condescend on people that arent like them. I guess you could call that elitist, because I wouldn't judge people simply for being a higher class than myself.

Generally though, I can't decide whether all people naturally need something to hate on once in a while, like we have some sort of psychological menstrual cycle of wasteful frustrations and immobile aspirations, or if it's just a by-product of struggling to endure within modern society while keeping a clear conscience.

by picking your new partners you chose to share your life with wisely .womens aid do lots of good courses .the freedom project is one thats good and aimed at people who feel like yourself .contact them by looking them up on the Internet .you can break the cycle as it is not your cycle it is theirs .poppyxx

You've been through much the same as me.

You find after a certain time, especially since your dad planted that seed, that your life feels incomplete without the bully to be your master and keeper.

You literally dont feel normal unless you have an antagonist of some sort in your life, and never having the approval of your father makes you look for approval from other bullies, maybe trying to reshape the past in the hopes of an eventual positive outcome.

Abuse does, after a while, have the same effect as love does. In the fact that it makes a permanent impression on who you are and what makes you tick. You dont learn to like it, you just learn to be motivated by it.

You can change, only by wanting and needing to. It involves going back and starting from square one, with the help of a counsellor preferably.

Wont lie to you, it will be hard, depressing, something not unlike what you've already been through. You might feel that sense of being incomplete when you do try to change, but if I could ask you to remember one thing and make good of it...

We all leave loose ends behind, in some way or another, just like your dad did. You of all people can at least afford to say you deserve to leave that mess where it is and go make do with something better.
