After a crap week last week I'm trying something new and listing things that I'm thankful for and the things that have made mesmile.

1. I'm healthly

2. I have helped make adifference to peopeople's lives at work last night.

3. I get to go home and snuggle into one of the most important people in my life.

So who else has something positive to share?

I managed to get up in time to do an exercise DVD and get dressed and do my lunch and get to work early. This never happens!!!

1.) I'm happy to have relatively good health, it's better than bad health

2.) I'm happy to have lots of useful and useless talents that could either make a living for me if not just entertain people

3.) I'm happy I have good friends

4.) Happy that my mum can now live her life, even if it took until she was retired

5.) Happy that I'm spoiled in some ways but can at least recognise it, because I never got much out of life but lately things have been looking up.
