A world of my own

Had 3 last night that woke me up, not nightmares exactly but they left me shaking and feeling very upset. So I'm a bit bog eyed this morning as didn't sleep much at all. Very unnerving.

I still have some bad dreams from my accident last year. If they reoccur have a word with your doc and he will give you something to help you sleep better.

Usually fearful dreams result from real life probs in the day even tho they don't seem related.

From experience - not any other knowledge - try not to go down the precscription med route. Try a bit of counselling first - Maybe a bit of Congnitve Therapy or Linguistic Progamming / Life coaching.

Time heals a lot Just as well really cos the next prob is always just around the corner ...

had a sexy dream a couple of weeks ago, dreamed I was playing with a sexy lady, really got into it too, I can remember slowly undressing her. When I woke up I had taken the pillow cases off the pillows.
