Now have the house to myself for two weeks, so I can do without cooking proper meals until the big end of summer BBQ.

Tonight it's roast lamb's hearts, rice, sweetcorn and peppers. A dog's dinner? Yes! Tasty? Yes!

Best go with the regular , the diet stuff doesnt have the same binding effect because it's only sweeteners, not proper sticky sugary

I'm having pan fried lamb, cavelo Nero, sauteed carrots and potato dauphinoise with gravy made from scratch. No wonder I'm a BBW! Friends are coming over though, so partly excused...

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Had to go and get this fecker out of the fridge so I could spell it all correctly, Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Lamb Moussaka topped with Kefalotyri cheese (reduced from £3.50 to £2.35), accompanied by some homemade chunky chips

Anyone fancy peeling some spuds
