No obituary this time....sorry

have been job searching in Brighton area for past seven weeks......have just had a call about a job in Birmingham......go figure

I sympathise, when I was job seeking - I was getting offers from agencies for jobs in Swindon ............... to start at around 5 am ??? wtf

Lol...is not so bad as am based in midlands 2 weeks out of four just now in my enforced semi retirement...so they may have done me a favour...is legal work as well so means the grey cells will be put to good use.......and the big bonus for me is that it is dealing with the dying and the dead....a perfect job :D called them back but the guy is on lunch...grrrrrr

waiting to hear if they will take me..... My experience is all in Scotland and the English system is somewhat different

Scottish law is different but if you can read and understand legal stuff it's not that hard.

Is the point I have been making to people, but it would seem that most of my experience is not worth the paper it is written on down here......but will persevere because I have a plan
