went to a local repltile club meet today to see a friend and some of his little pets and now i want something more exotic than a cat lol

he had african hedgehogs (a cinnamon one and an albino one) a thing that looked like a hedgehog but is different as it lives in trees, chinchila's, a chameleon, a gargoyle gekko and i know he has others at home as well.

I was rather taken by the hedgehogs and the gekko

I was at my local reptile shop recently and a regular walked in with his pet Skunk on his shoulders. Quite bizarre. They also sell Chinese Alligators if you have a spare £6k.

Kent

I've had bearded dragons, a python, a boa constrictor, savannah monitor to name a few.

Lizards are great and fairly simple to care for once you get the setup correct as long as you aren't bothered by bugs!

I've had wee mourning geckos fora month...my godare they amazing. low cost, low keep..

I'm dying to see some eggs too(as they breed as an ALL femalespecies)

they chirp almost like birds.

can be fed on easy diets or insects..win win win.

My house rabbits come under "exotic pets" for things like pet insurance....never understood why as they are far from reptiles etc

Perpignan and cap

I've just had a Siamese fighting fish (Betta) delivered from Indonesia.

In the meantime I've had (in order of wierdness) bearded dragon, peacocks, two squirrels, two jackdaws, two cockatoos and a cockatiel, twenty chickens and a dog.
