as its drawing to a close. the farmers

have been out cutting down the wheat.

so my question is this .have you on seeing a combine harvester whether in field or road wanted to burst out singing

i've got a brand new combine harvester and i'll give you the key ??????

Yes occasionally !!!

But invariably I'm thinking .... phew, little lovelies are back to school soon and a sense of calm and order will descend ... that and the return of more daytime play opportunities of course !!!

Its not over they say next week should be 26/ 28 ....... and best summer we have had for years .. 2006 I just hope sep and oct are lovely too ... I hate the cold.

Yes but it's usually because our son has shouted "mummy look at that that massive combine harvestor, I want one of those"

Then I get told to "be quiet mummy"

I did this... Met a guy who had been working on a farm, he said he'd just finished working on the combine harvester so I come out with it
