We remember it well. We had left a night club in San Diego, arrived back at my sisters house, sat down with a coffee. Tv was turned on and just shocked at what we had heard

I remember it well. I was in Paris and had just had a minor crash in a tunnel (think other car may have had a little damage) when I got back to hotel the next morning the news was all over TV. Great shame. She was lush.

I think your attitude stinks and I really hope that under the current police investigation into Princess Diana's death they look upon your comment with some suspicion. (strange thing to say)

I will never forget it I was very young at the time and didn't quite understand what was going on untill my mum told me that "the special lady who visited mys school last month has died" still didn't quite understand it though I was more upset that had cancelled the cartoons I use to watch in the morning. I was only 10 lol

A lot don't think she was killed but some things don't just add up ..... there a list of things not just one and so I keep a very open mind on this . If she was I really hope we know and she can rest in peace ..

Sad any of us has to die, but I truly don't get this reverential attitude towards Diana or the unhealthy fascination people have surrounding her death.

Whether prince or pauper we all come with an expiration date and nothing can alter that: we're still alive, live it with your loved ones instead of conjuring up conspiracy theories about a stranger.

None of us know what she was really like do we? Forget the media image, we have all seen how that can be totally fake. (Savile for instance). No more or less sad than anyone else's death.

She's a stranger! We can all claim association to someone in the public eye, doesn't mean we're bezzie mates unless you're delusional.

That's my point really.

It's sad, sad for all of us who WILL experience loss, but adulation of another human being to the point of Diana I truly don't get.

sad whenever dies suddenly, but where it to suddenly be revealed that the theories have foundation it wont change the outcome..

maybe sell a few more books or add value to the deluge of tat that was being brought after she died..

the 'grief' following her death was a bit worrying from people who had never met her but thought they 'knew' her as they wore the same clothes / hairstyle..

well I see her as a normal person .. she was no different to no one .. well that's how she made me feel . She would come to my health club too .. when staying at sandringham I live not too far from there .

Totally agree

I was gobsmacked over the "nations" grief when all this happened.

The woman was no saint and had her faults like all of us so ive never understood the saint diana mentality .

I didnt understand it then and i dont understand it now
