Had a lovely home made tika masala for tea and it was lush.

So what is your favourite homemade curry?

I fancied a curry last night,

so I phoned Kings china buffet,

the guy answered and said "Herro,

I'm Wan King the cook"

I said "oh sorry I'll call back later!"

I made curry tonight a chicken Pasanda from North Indian a mild curry with a nutty and creamy almonds and cardamom with and spices. I like making allsorts this ones nice .

Same here. I use those tiny dried very hot chillies and can never judge it just right lol

My favourite curry is spinach and chicken,

It's not too dry, just perfect with chappatis or to add onto rice.
