I'm getting old

I'm now in my 16th season of playing hockey. last nights training hit home that I am getting old, and my reactions are not quite as good as they used to be.

Depressing, but i'm clinging on to my place with my finger tips - never giving up!

what signs are you seeing that shows your getting old?
