Looking for ... long term friendhip

Quite a few profiles say they are looking for "long term friendship" and suggest that sex will follow successful socials.

Personally I like to meet people with an open mind. If we get on we will meet again; if we don't we won't. If we keep on meeting then I guess it's a "long term friendship". Primarily the first meet is about NSA sex not long term friendship.

I know everybody is entitled to their own point of view and I support that. What I wonder is; am I alone in feeling somewhat uncomfortable meeting with people who are going to judge me on my long term friendships potential?

Im still in contact with three men i met when i was first on here some six years ago. There is no sex just true friendship. But i don't expect( or want) to be life long buddies with everyone i meet. I did have a 3 yr relationship with a chap off here too! Sometimes there is more to swinging then just sex.

I moved in with people I had a 3sum with 6 years ago. Been living with them 4 years now, and the sex has gone by the way side, but the friendship is as strong as ever.

I get what you mean as I feel the same unease from people wanting fuck buddies to meet others and go to clubs. You get the impression they'll link up with anyone to get a "couples" invite.

That said some people only want one off meets, personally I wouldn't meet someone with that on their profile, long term meet doesn't mean trip to Ikea to pick out soft furnishings. To me it shows intent on enhanced sexual pleasure. It doesn't always work of course.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I met my FB off another site like Fab. The first meet was not startlingly good, but 7 years later we're still meeting, and friendship has developed along with the sex. Strangely though I am not looking for repeat meets. In fact I make a point of not meeting more than once unless the first meet was good, yet I end up with a long term FB. Life is funny like that.

I'm looking for something regular, I state that in my profile. So if a person is just in the area on business/holiday..live too far away for regular meets I won't bother. Sex is always better after a while...I personally find it hard to rock out just on a first. And some peeps just want a one of...not interested in the social side/friendship.
