But speaking about him as an individual I'm finding his style has become overly patronising and I genuinely feel the merits of his message could be more effectively communicated by someone else who's personality and credentials might install an greater empathy with the target audience therefore achieving better results…..

He's got a new tv program out. No wonder he's been saying this stuff.

Some already have. He's just a smug twat.

And I connected gas to a few of his restaurants. Should've left a leak.

Muhahahahahaha!

Isn't that the point of cooking and eating?

I wonder if his recipes (book in time for Christmas) will be as cost effective as A Girl Called Jack's?

I've just seen that the book is £26. How many meals is that?

Maybe its just me getting old and becoming jaded about being told how things should be and how I should open my thinking to new ideas that frankly I already did long before they decided to try and tell me all about it …..

I think quite often successful people who’ve essentially grown up in the public eye reach a point where all that attention and populist adoration they’ve attracted over the years permeates the part of their brain which makes them feel they have something of great value to say on every subject…

When in-fact they should maybe resist the urge to pontificate over us mortals who’ve lived life in the real world while they have incurred the false security of constantly being told how wonderfully special they are…..

Oooooooo I think I’ve just become my Dad,,,,,,,,

I remember the precursor to Fifteen and Jamie Oliver's television launch of Fifteen as a social enterprise.

I worked with the people who inspired "his" idea when he was picking their brains.

They have had to close as with Fifteen close by they were seen to be copying "his" idea even though they had been doing it for longer. They didn't have the media and such a glittering management board.

Now, I have no problem with his social enterprise as Fifteen has spawned an interest in training young people again. It has given young people skills and work. The venues are nice and I there are some very committed people working in the organisation. I just wish I had a sense that Mr Oliver listened to them more.

He's on The One Show now saying he should have known better than to generalise.

He is deliberately being controversial to get in the media as he has a new program ......

There is no such thing as bad publicity.

Personally I can't stand the self righteous dribbely lipped twat...lol

25 minutes of Oliver's incoherent drivel on Woman's Hours is almost more than a grown-up can take on a Monday morning.

Anyone would think he had a book and/or a tv programme to plug.

I had to switch off - it went on too long.

I thought I should try to watch a repeat of the prog but paying £28 for a chunk of lamb to feed 8 after cooking for 4 hours isn't a thing I'd do.
