is there an easy way to make a logo that I made in png or jpg for example into a image that I can shrink or expand and it still stay clear, think its called vector ?

Best way is to simply make a high resolution logo, i.e. the biggest size you'll ever need. That way it can be shrunk to any size you ever require without losing image quality.

How many colours are in your logo and is it only lines? a vectorised image is simply lines and lines only. The likes of dxf files and dwg files are vectorised.

If your logo has any colour or filled in areas you'd be best off doing what I said first.

thanks mate yes it does have coloured in areas

is there somewhere to get access to high res images on the internet free ?
