I think if I left where I am now I would tell the people who need to know exactly how it is

I didnt tell a boss what I thought of him... I left quietly.... When I went for an interview a couple of years later, for another company... He had moved and was on the panel...

I got the job and, knowing how to handle him, worked well with him, because he had less insecurities and was therefore less of a bully...

The world is a ridiculously small place...
