I've suffered with insomnia for years, by the time I realised I wasn't going to sleep was to late to take tablets. So getting up now..

On nights tonight for the 1st time . I am doing 6 .30 pm. To 6.30 am and i have woke up now . That is not good . Will have to have a grandad nap later i hope xx
