I'd separate it into 3 issues

1. Feeling horny the whole time: not a problem, don't worry. Arousal is how it is. As hard to switch on as off. It maybe it is the shared orgasmed you crave to satisfy yourself.

2. Prioritise the alone time as a date with yourself. Plan what you want to do in the time. In a busy life, with people needing you this can be very hard but important.

3. Orgasm with a man. Explore the control and trust side.
