Just got the notification today that I've got my place in the 30th Great North Run, 2010. Running for Breast cancer this year so once again, hoping to raise lots of money.

So that's it ! No More takeaways, no more beer and plenty exercise - roll on September

Sandie and Laine are both doing the Edinburgh Race for life in June, so all in all it's looking like a 'get fit' few months ahead for us all

Lol, you can continue to chew the baccy so long as you promise to stop spitting it into the fire

Thanks - looking forward to Both events, they'll be great fun. I wish I could do Edinburgh as well, but it's woman only which I always think is a shame, but rules are rules dare say

I'll wait till Mrs redhot comes home from work cos she's got the link to her page (I think) mine isn't up and running yet, But Mrs Red will be grateful of your donation (I don't want to steal all her thunder ) But seriously she's really looking forward to doing this event and it will be a massive achievement for her in much the same way as the GNR was for me last year.

Its only pervy if you're running with your cock flapping on the outside

Is that Flapping, or Flopping ? I Like 'Flapping' the best, makes it sound so much bigger if it flaps, like a bedsheet on a windy day
