No sunday roast here today or any other sunday, not gonna waste time cooking it plus im not that bothered about eating it if im honest.

Sausage sandwich here although would be happy with beans on toast with cheese

Just devoured a slow cooked minted roast lamb that I picked up from the farmers market yesterday.

Crunchy roast potatoes (with a hint of garlic and herbs), roasted carrots, broccoli, mange tout. A glass of red (well ok, two glasses) and key lime pie to follow, when I have room. Probably going to sleep for a bit now.

Yes it was, I have it about once a month.

The sauce I make varies each time. Have only ever made a particularly bland one once
