This is true, I have had this in the past, but never the former, neither are a walk in the park.

sounds like an awful place to be and I really feel for you. .have you thought about joining a gym or maybe a night school to try and increase your social circle ?

Absolutely. Staying in a relationship where your love is no longer reciprocated is soul destroying.

I take that to be the essence of the thread as a lot of people consider their other half to be their 'soul mate', 'best friend' etc .. once that has been rejected it is a very hard hand to deal with. I wish you all the best for the future and whilst I know it is to some degree clichéd ' time does heal ' .. all the best for the future
