Social swinging club

How would the forumites feel about a pub or club that was for members if the swinging community but not like a swingers club (if that makes sence) but one that's like a social every night, no actual swinging takes place but its a place to enjoy the company if other swingers and arrange future meets and more than likely have a good old argument about stuff that doesn't really matter lol

I think it would be a good idea, for night like tonight where im free instead of tralling thro messages on here I could just go to said pub and pick someone up, much easier, so long as its local of course lol

there was a place here that tried it bit bowed to pressure of people wanting to play but because it wasnt up to the standard of other local clubs it failed within months. Its a great idea but there will always be someone who wants more then you have to stop people doing certain things

its hard enough making time for sex meets, taking time to be social is a no no! so wouldn't work, sex sells, talk doesn't

I suggested this to my ex gf as she has a friend whos pubs going down..in that area there have been many socials at lots of pubs...a dedicated place could be great...and anyway...who doesnt like having a sneaky shag in the loos

You got it perhaps its just a Black Country thing but that's what I'm thinking as a concept.

depends how you use it, if you use the pub as a way of picking someone up and moving on your still getting sex that night, and are more likely to want to shag someone who you have met for a drink first, I have met a few guys off here and not liked them in the flesh so had a drink and gone home where as in a pub you can see the good first before you talk as so to speak

I love the sound of this. It would be an excellent chance to socialise and get to know people in a relaxed setting.

Being able to just turn up, spur of the moment, when I suddenly find I have free time would be perfect

Also a good point this may even be a chain J D Swingerspoon springs to mind, and for the guys who are "in town on business and I have a hotel" as long as you know where the place is you can go there and see if there is anything for you, also good for that initial social meet with people off here

What a good idea, I have been looking at boarded up pubs, usually great buildings with car parks, wondering what they could be used for. Recent drive pasts include, the swing bridge, swinging lantern and peover arms, all vacant looking for tenants.

As somebody else has said there was one and it failed very quickly.

There is a fetish pub in London but as far as I know even with the catchment of several million it doesn;t do purely social nights

im not no, theres loads closed down round here, there 3 nursing homes been built where pubs used to be within 10 mins of my house, everytime you fart another ones gone lol

Good idea, maybe a swingers night once a month or week. For social,with noticeboards but it would get business in the pubs
