have only used it like 6 times and now its broke the touch screen aint working? anyone know about it

yea it plugged in, loads up fine but when u need to touch ok it dont work so looks like the touch screen is broken

Silly thing to say have you tried cleaning the screen.

If its a tomtom look underneath and you will see there is a reset button.

If you need any more help do ask.

Are your hands very cold or wet? Sometimes touch screens do not work with cold or wet hands.

Latgest tomtoms don't have a reset button. You hold down the on button for a period exceeding 15 seconds to reboot it. Having said that, I see the OP has cleaned the screen and it now works

I cant get my Tom Tom sat nav to work either but none of those "advices" work

The problem seems to be caused by leaving it in Switzerland when I came back to the UK
