cant seam 2 log on into ebay

seams my user name is incorrect an password both are correct when typing,

tried different browsers still the same

any ideas.

tried 2 recover the password also it dose not recognize my email account

now very confused n very concern

lots of scams just now, people hack your account, CHECK paypal straight away, any problems phone them!
