I get slot if your single guys on here calling me baby. Is it just me or does that irritate you. I think a lot if the younger guys on here could use a lesson in how to properly compliment a women. Calling me baby every other sentence just makes you look like a douche. My hubby calls me that. Am I just being too picky? It's other things too but that just irritates me!

I really do understand that it's just people being friendly and complimentary, (usage of babe, I do point out straight away - nicely.) I tolerate the rest, initially, as the person who's sending the message doesn't know my personal feelings until I tell them.

But, I don't like it offline and I really don't here. Especially not in a first message!

I don't use the term myself for people I have never met or spoken too and I can appreciate calling someone babe is a bit to personnel but surely it's not a lack of respect as someone said and bear in mind a lot of people don't show their names on there profiles other than a random "sex kitten"or "iamacocklovingpussylickingcumbucketwholovesitfrombehindwithallmyholesfilled" or words to that effect what's a man supposed to do!! Easier to say hi sexy, gorgeous or babe

Someone started calling me 'baby' out of the blue a few months ago. It was very odd as we'd known each other a few years and he'd never called me it before.
