You dont look like you need it mate unless your going to dirty bulk just cut the portions down they have massive scoops. Also if you want to make a cleaner mass gainer go to my protein and buy seperate products or any other website.

Depends what your aims are. If you want to get bigger then it'll be ok. I've never used bulking supps though, I just up the carb intake slightly, eat a bit more wholemeal pasta and rice.

I do use supps, from myprotein as mention by another poster further up, but only whey protein, or sometimes their Hurricane XS which is a mix of whey protein, fine porridge oats, hmb and creatine. Not fussed about the hmb but the other three make an ideal post workout shake and seems to work for me

Yeah, im trying to get back on track with my training so needed something a bit radical in addition to my regular meals..

however, my main downfall is the fat loss. I should have bought some fat burners too lol.

...and erm, I have never watched transformers, so im lost with all that

If your aim is fat loss you do NOT want a bulking sup! Just hit the whey protein or whey isolate protein if your guts are sensitive to the whey stuff.

You need to find a balance of just enough carbs to maintain energy/strength levels for your workouts and then high protein meals. That's what I'd do anyway to cut which sounds like it's your aim. You could start throwing in some cardio but you might start losing a little muscle mass. You could always throw in some anaerobic exercises like doing tabatas on an ergo. I say on the ergo as that will strengthen many muscles in the body as opposed to the runner or cross trainer.

I've never used fat burners so can't comment on their effects or whether they actually work. My bf levels seem to fluctuate between 10.5% to 12.5% depending on what my aims are or type of workouts I'm doing at that point in time.

Im going to have to mix it around a bit. Trying to see if i can get 'stage worthy', so getting bigger is the idea.

But, at the same time, have to reduce my fat percentage. Not sure how i will manage that without losing some muscle..

Ok.. I genuinely swear by it for bulking up. As I'm a military man I periodically drop a stone or more due to training commitments so when it's time to gain it back "Serious Mass" is the one I always get due to it's track record with me, I'v been using it over 5 years now. However! If you want clean lean gains stick to the protein but make sure you work out your BMR and then the amont of carbs/protein per kg of body weight you need to acheive your aims.

I loves health and fitness

Good luck.

You sir are going to have to be ULTRA anal about your diet if you want to get stage worthy. I dare say but I do think that a lot of the stage boys have probably used a little more than whey protein over the years but even with that little extra they still have to train like demons and also be ULTRA anal with their diets.

Whilst I love the burn and living the healthy lifestyle I just couldn't do that. Kudos to you if you go for it Popeye, you have to aim for something after all
