Ah I see, one of 'those' types of neighbours.

I used to live near an old lady who complained that the decorative stones on my driveway where all different sizes and it looked untidy. She was a bit odd but I just smiled at her and nodded politely in agreement which seemed to pacify her.

It is difficult though if neighbours are difficult. I can understand some things are warranted but some people just enjoy complaining
