I dont think it is so much the female but the experience. I have been in relationships where some days I am harder than others, invariably because I am more turned on.

I am very very lucky indeed; mine has always got to full size and feels very hard considering it is only blood pressure holding it up. The desirability of the lady or sexiness of the circumstances only affects the time taken to get erect.

Once up, it stays hard unless the stimulation is taken away. However tiredness, stress, worry etc. or too much sex over the proceeding hours can affect it significantly.

100% agree. How hard you are is directly related to how aroused you are. Many things can have an effect on arousal levels however I suspect the key ones when swinging will be nerves and possibly guilt...

There are some positions that can be quite brutal on a stiff cock though and these positions can cause it to soften up a little too I find. Depending on how much strain is being put on it.
