I've just started. I don't know how many times I have seen it. I remember reading Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption and enjoying that.

For a film that didn't do well at the box office and nearly lost money it hasn't done badly.

Only once.... just when the warden tells him he wants to get home...

Is it in the film twice... or 2 chances by watching on +1?

It wasn't attached at the bottom... so he just lifted it up while it was attached at the top..

The poster is flush against the wall so it must have been attached at the bottom

I watch banged up abroad regularly so I'd be great at helping you break out of jail!

I've never seen it, and because of the film nazis I probably never will, it's more fun to watch them spit tea everywhere, burst a vein and scream YOU'VE NEVER SEEN SHAWSHANK, I don't have to watch films cos someone told me to, someone once said this to me even though they had never seen scarface or Star Wars

Yes. That scene is reprised to show the switcheroo.

Freeman is pure quality !..a real actor not just celebrity...I watched Oblivion The other night starring Tom Cruise ...it was a yawn until Freeman came into it ...sheer class ...makes anything believable .

It was pure genius keeping the "maybe it's because I'm Irish" line in Shawshank. Freeman delivered it perfectly.
