Hi want to know people's views on playing at home when you have kids we have 4 quite young and are unsure weather or not to play at home we have a quiet lounge that when they are in be the kids can't see but can it be distracting? What's your thoughts???

Personally I wouldnt do it and wouldnt meet at someones house where there is any chance of a child coming in ( no matter what age)

If the folk i were meeting at their place had young ones at house i would decline as would be off putting for me and no doubt the parents plus what effect would it have on kids if they saw owt.

We would only play when the kids are at their Dad's & likewise if at someone else's, would never take the chance of kids being around. Can't relax or let the screams out!! X

I would never had played when my son was home, regardless of his age.

It only takes one time for them to wake up and besides, if i knew he was around i would never have been able to relax in order to enjoy the experience.

Before my wife gave up on sex (boohoo) we used to have sex & our children lived with us.

I see no reason why there is a difference. As long as doors are shut or whatever & the children are monitored for wellbeing etc then why should they be a problem?

I used to meet at home a few years back, but I knew my children wouldn't interrupt and had lock on my door.

However now they are older I won't.. you know yourself if it's okay .

I actually wouldn't meet with someone's kids there.. even though I used to... As I knew mine wouldn't wake as they had sleep issues so were medicated.. not sure many could say the same.

And tend to mostly play at clubs now .x

As a matter of interest, how did you know they WOULDN'T? Heavily medicated or not, surely they weren't all medicated?

We have done in the past when they were very young - and the layout of our house is that our room is away from other rooms. But wouldn't do anymore - they're far too aware - and never really asleep when they're supposed to be!

Met a couple a few times years ago and they had a bungalow...kids were aleep in their bedrooms as we played in the master bedroom. On the 3rd visit one of the kids walked into the room as mummy was being spit roasted....My erection was gone within seconds.

A 'meet' (that isn't the FB) then no, unless the house was empty!

I did it once before when he was upstairs and we were downstairs and i didn't like it at all - i know that he wouldn't suddenly come downstairs or anything, it was the fact that he was in the house while i was taking part in 'the other life'!!

No way I would meet someone with a child in the house, I'd also think less of someone who'd meet me with their child present. How do you know I'm not an axe murderer or worse? It's one thing putting yourself at risk inviting strangers into your home; quite another to put your offspring at risk.

I don't like anyone knowing where I live , they have to be pretty special if I let them come here too ... she is my priority and her safety paramount

I have only had one guy here while my son was here. We had met a couple of times previously and had a bit of an FB thing going on. He had kids too so I made it clear that if he wanted to meet here and my son woke thru the night he would have to leave. That was fine. Never happened luckily. But my son is still In a cot so I knew he wouldn't just come wandering in x

The trouble with these threads when they come up is that nobody else can judge what the actual circumstances are - the age of children, the relationship between the adults, the layout of the house etc. etc.

But what people can do is scream righteous indignation from upon their shiny glass pedestals.

If you're not putting the safety and welfare of your children first, you're a twat. However you're still entitled to a life. And sex despite all the cultural hangups it has in this country isn't actually dirty - its the reason people have kids funnily enough!

I wouldn't do it on a first meet as it's never a good idea to invite a stranger to your house. I'd probably do it after a social meet though.

I'd also only do it if I knew the kids would 100% stay in bed and not walk in on anything inappropriate.

I'm single and have no kids so it's just me speculating. At the end of the day it's your kids so make the decision that feels right to you.

If in doubt get a babysitter and a hotel.

Like I said I've had my ex FB round here but my son is in a cot so if he woke the FB would of had to leave straight away. He'll be in a bed soon and although he generally sleeps well I wouldn't risk it.

And for those few that have said parents have sex etc with their kids at home so what's the difference?? There's a big difference between a kids mum and dad being caught under the covers than finding mum, dad and A.N.Other in a strange situation on the living room rug!

In fact we do (well North and East) but as said earlier our children are too old for us to play at home.

As for friends we'll continue to invite whoever we please. From time to time we may even get a little tipsy. And when we're really daring we may watch the occasional risqué film (low volume of course).

i cant realy imagine doing it when my son was a kid i might have wanted to though. i was always worried about him.

i would hate to feel i was neglecting him in any way.

its up to you though, i think it all depends how often you meet people and how long they stay for.

you would have to be extra careful who you invited round.

To the OP...if our kids were young we would only be meeting in Hotels....I know people say their children will never wake up, but I would never have felt comfortable having group sex in the house where my children were sleeping.

I wouldn't go to someone's home to play knowing that the kids were upstairs...I wouldn't be comfortable as I'd be worried about waking them (I'm not very quiet!) or them walking in on us playing. If people think I'm on some kind of moral high ground because I enjoy sex with strangers but don't want to involve children in my exploits then I couldn't really give a shit...it's up to me how I play and I want to enjoy myself not worry someone else's little uns

I was referencing the suggestion that people should not mention their kids in discussions on here - should the discussions on kids in restaurants therefore be deemed unsafe? People chat all manner of crap about their lives, much like they do in swingers clubs. Or maybe we shouldn't do that for the risk somebody might pass word around that there's only a babysitter supervising them while we're busy being morally corrupt?

Its my opinion and I'm entitled to it. And I don't think swinging is morally corrupt or I wouldn't be on here. I just wouldn't discuss children with complete strangers on a site that is predominately about fucking . As for other mundane threads I don't really take part in them I have REAL live friends and Facebook for stuff like that.
