The current site rules with regard to cartoon images and photos of animals are quite clear - you can't upolad them to your profile.

Does anyone think this is maybe a little toooooo strict and if the rules were relaxed would you post a cartoony picture in your profile, or a picture of ya dog or whatever other pet you happen to posess ?

Personally we wouldn't mind putting a photo of us and our 2 dogs on the site, or a pic of our favourite cartoon characters, Roadrunner & Betty Boop ..

Yes I know we have the copyright issue bla bla bla, but other sites allow it and don't appear to have any problem, so who would like to see a change in the rules regarding photos that are allowed on site ?

I think its a good rule because if it isn't you it shouldn't be on. And also you have to think about copyright infringement.

The issue with cartoons for me is that, there are many "adult" versions of much loved supposingly innocent cartoon characters (e.g. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs etc...) that are rather offensive to me, IMHO!

Hence I would object to relaxing the rule to allow cartoons, sorry!

As for animals, I have a cat and a dog myself, and I would love to be allowed to have photos of them in my profile, as they are very much part of me.

However, I am not bothered if we can't have them in our profiles!

If we do allow pics of animals in our profiles, I sincerely hope we make it clear that pics of animals being used as sex objects are a straight no no!!!

May be I am being too cautious, however, we all know such activities exist in the big wide world!!!

I just hope no mod on here will ever have to face such pics!

Can't understand why anyone would want to put cartoons on here!!! Just because I like my car (a lot!) doesn't mean I should put it as a picture on my profile!!!

What makes anyone think that swingers come here to look at profiles and want to see cartoons? Bad enough with profiles with no pictures, but pictures that are irrelevant...

Some people just like to personalise their profiles a little bit, that's all, makes a change from the hum frum photos of cocks, tits and whatever else

A little bit of humour / light relief .. nothing more than that really

I know exactly what you are saying pearl, and agree with you 100% - I certainly don't advocate animals being portrayed in any other sense than as a pet or a 'straight' animal picture - human sex and animals don't mix, simple as. So far as the adult cartoons are concerned, personally I don't care too much for them, but being an adult site, catering for adult tastes, I don't see the problem.

I actually don't like close up 'gynecological' pics on profiles, but they float some folks' boats, so live and let live .... cannot see the harm in a slight relaxing of the rules - in line with other similar websites ..

I remember when you had only spoke about your dogs on your profile and you got freaky mails from someone asking about them... so maybe it just attracts the wrong sort of person.

I personally like to see pics of the people themselves on profiles though.

I do like a nice cock shot on a profile, but not the feathered variety

Tbh I think that was just a one off - no matter where you go there will always be the weirdo.

On a previous site that we were on we had pics of the dogs, some daft photos, some html graphics, in fact lots of html graphics it was really posh profile all in all, but we never had a problem from anyone ... in fact we had lots of good feedback from it
