Just to clarify before you all get the wrong idea. I am not looking to or ever have shagged a hobbit.

The ref was hobbits and lord of the ring thing. I just want to know what you pop into a ring to find its size

When Rob was buying me a ring as a surprise he got one of my friends to ask me to take my engagement ring off so she could try it on and then they worked the size out between them without me knowing

Tell her you want to do a plaster of pairs cast of her hands. Then take it in to get measured! Simples.

we think this is where a packet of hola hopes may come in handy (unless she has chubby fingers then it have to be onion rings) try them on her and takes the nearest fit to jewellers and ask them to size it for you....

thats a good plan!!

am with the majority - a dabble in theivery is the best plan, just dont take her favourite one so she wont notice

How about drawing a circle inside one of her rings, and take the drawing to the jeweller for them to match it?

Remember to bring the pen/pencil you used to draw the circle with for a like for like comparison.
