need help with my phone ..

i have samson phone , problem is i cant get the internet on it when im out off the house ,, its fine when im at home its picks up the broadboad but when i live the house i cant , i should be able to go on internet any time any place with my package deal , think iv just hit off sumthing sumwhere , plaease help karen ,

Always take your desk top or lap top with you, sometimes this helps, a shopping trolley would be usefull

Go to settings. Wireless nerworks. Mobile settings and tick enable packet data. Should work for you. But turn it off when home or will eat into your data usage

You've turned off your 3G lol. If you turn on your wifi when you get home, the phone will use that over the 3G so no need to turn the 3G off when you get home

not sure when i turn my wi/fi off i dont get any internet , , think i may bring to shop , only thing is ,, he will see iv been on a fab

As above have said go to settings and enable mobile packet data, wifi will take precedent over 3g anyway so you will be fine

do a hard reset, take battery out whilst phone is on. enable data and roaming and you should be fine. what network are you on? ee, orange a tmobile are having a few signal issues. so settings, network, search. and select your network.

that covers it all I think

can you tell I work with phones?
