Does it tannoy you

like at the airport when you've checked in but are late to the gate.

or not, as per the Docs surgery when your blissfully reading a magazine whilst a red dotted message plays out of sight. And then they get snotty about you missing an appointment.

I didnt need surgery, just a check up. My blood pressure was fine until they got stroppy.

My surgery calls you over the tannoy but some of the new Doctors now come out for you...makes no odds to me, but as I always have my kindle I'd probably miss my appointment if it was posted on an e-board

docs i work in wont go to waiting room as some of rooms are long way from it they either call your name out or use stystm one to do it and people still go to ask at reception i not hear them what did they say
