Seriously, yes - especially my partner - never has her 'mobile' phone with her when I ring.

But saying that Im crap for it - my phone is on silent most of the time and I sometimes don't know people have messaged or called

Not at all. I never answer my phone as it is always on silent. My phone is there for MY convenience, NOT the convenience of others. I usually find it really inconvenient that people phone me. If it's urgent leave me a message or text me.

Maybe they've left their phone at home or something? When they next look at their phone they'll see you've phoned.

The whole point to me of caller display is you can pick who you choose to answer! Yes though and only one person I know does it, not answer straight away and that drives mad!

Unless I am in a meeting or something important I can and will always answer my phone.

That is the point haha, you won't piss me off as my phone does not come out of my pocket and on silent so I wouldn't notice my work phone stays on but no fecker knows that
