Went to raid the fridge and make up something for supper......

.

.

Found some artisan cheeses I had bought a few weeks ago......have carved off all the green fluffy bits......whacked it all on some crackers and topped with some home made tomato relish

I've had to cook for myself for the last two weeks, another couple to go. It's bloody hard choosing my own meals AND making them. I forgot to buy gherkins, if there aren't any across the road in the condiment cupboard I'll be gherkinless.
